Job Description – Domestic Sales Manager (B2C)

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (within 30 minutes travel)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2C sales, preferably in the battery / automotive / consumer durable industry

Salary Range: 30-35k

Work closely with leadership to build domestic market strategy.

Drive B2C sales channels, dealer/retailer relationships, and direct customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic B2C battery industry customers.

Manage dealer/retailer networks, distributors, and direct consumer channels.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor products, and pricing trends.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective sales campaigns.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and after-sales support.

Train, guide, and supervise a small team as the business scales.

What Makes You a Fit:

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales (battery, auto parts, consumer durables, or similar).

Strong dealer/distributor relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to work from office and be available within 30 minutes of Kandivali East.

Self-driven, adaptable, and hungry for growth.
