Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of 2–4 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
