Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at AONE, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and promoting AONE’s full range of consulting and accounting services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
  • Promote AONE’s services in accounting, audit, AML, and tax advisory.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
  • Report sales performance and forecasts to management.

Leadership Capabilities

  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build trust and represent AONE’s values as a brand ambassador.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience (professional services industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Additional Information

  • Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai (required before starting).
