Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial laboratory sales, a strong technical background, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You will work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' operational and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in industrial laboratory services and/or equipment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a small team of sales representatives (if applicable).
• Collaborate with technical and lab staff to create customized proposals and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
