We are seeking a high-caliber Business Developer & Sales Manager who can drive growth, lead with vision, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • -Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Key Account Leadership: Manage high-value accounts with professionalism, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent client satisfaction.
  • -Client Relationship Excellence: Build strong, trust-based relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for major clients and partners.
  • -Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare winning proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts with precision and confidence.
  • -Sales Leadership: Drive the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through proactive prospecting and closing.
  • -Market Development: Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence.
  • -High-Level Representation: Represent Gilani Mobility in client meetings, conferences, and industry events with authority and credibility.
  • --Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning sales strategies with operations, finance, and marketing.
  • -Performance Accountability: Set clear KPIs, track progress, and report directly to senior management with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • -Proven track record in business development and sales management (minimum 5 years, B2B preferred).
  • -Strong expertise in key account management, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • -Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • -Strong local market knowledge and professional network in the UAE is an advantage.
