Sales Manager

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager (in Hotel), you will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room and banquet revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design promotions and packages.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry.

Rs150,000 – Rs200000 per month (depending on experience)
