Sales Manager

Kuala, India

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Arrange meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to capture client requirements.
  • Proactively generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automation, audio-visual solutions, ELV systems, building materials, or architecture-related industries.
  • Strong networking ability with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Candidates from Ernakulam region preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
