- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to capture client requirements.
- Proactively generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automation, audio-visual solutions, ELV systems, building materials, or architecture-related industries.
- Strong networking ability with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Candidates from Ernakulam region preferred.
