Job Description – Team Lead (Counselors)

Role: Team Lead – Counselors (Karol Bagh Centre)

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10–12 counselors , ensuring revenue achievement, high conversion rates, and seamless lead-to-admission flow.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–12 counselors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets .
  • Monitor and track counselor performance through sales sheets, reports, and dashboards , and support them in boosting performance to meet mutual targets .
  • Ensure end-to-end lead nurturing – including inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, CRM tracking, and admission closures.
  • Conduct call audits, lead audits, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy, accountability, and zero lead wastage .
  • Drive and oversee revenue targets with a focus on achieving maximum conversions .
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to counselors for effective sales pitch, objection handling, and UPSC domain knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Marritoo/NPF) extensively for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure a seamless student counseling experience tailored to the needs of UPSC aspirants.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Operations Teams for lead flow, walk-in management, and sales funnel optimization.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in EdTech/Coaching/UPSC domain sales & counseling (offline preferred) .
  • Strong knowledge of the UPSC exam structure and student counseling processes.
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM tools (Marritoo, NPF, or similar) with advanced reporting & tracking skills.
  • Ability to drive a sales team , set targets, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
