Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our used car showroom operations. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and analysis for management
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of UAE car market regulations is a plus
