Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Transport Refrigeration Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , with a strong background in refrigerated trucks, trailers, cooling units, and cold chain logistics .

Your Role Will Involve:

🔹 Sales & Business Development

• Identify and engage potential clients in logistics, food distribution, pharma, and retail

• Build and manage relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and distributors

• Lead the sales cycle from inquiry to contract negotiation and closing

🔹 Technical & Product Expertise

• Deep knowledge of refrigeration units – diesel, electric, hybrid systems

• Ability to explain technical specs, operational efficiency , and ROI to clients

• Coordinate with engineering and service teams for customization and after-sales support

🔹 Market Strategy & Growth

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns

• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

🔹 Leadership & Client Success

• Support and guide junior sales staff (if in a senior position)

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ 8+ years of experience in Transport Refrigeration or related sectors (HVAC, automotive)

✔️ Solid knowledge of reefer units , insulated truck bodies , and tail lift systems

✔️ Strong in technical sales, negotiation, and client relationship management

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔️ Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP systems
