LENZREP™ is the new standard in youth sports film. We provide pro-quality game footage, polished highlights, and legacy moments for high schools, youth leagues, and athletes across Southern California. Our packages are built to feel like ESPN-level coverage while keeping things accessible for schools, parents, and coaches.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to high school athletic directors, coaches, booster clubs, and youth sports programs
• Present LENZREP™ football and basketball packages (pricing ranges from $300–$850 per game; season packages $4,000–$18,750)
• Build relationships with schools and leagues to lock in seasonal contracts
• Manage inbound leads from social media, referrals, and our website
• Report directly to the founder and play a key role in LENZREP’s growth

Compensation

100% commission-based (no base salary, unlimited earning potential)

• Sales reps earn 15–20% commission on every deal closed
• Example: Close a football Premium Season ($8,500) → earn $1,275–$1,700
• Close a basketball Premium Season ($18,750) → earn $2,800–$3,750
• Add-ons (highlight reels, livestreams, multi-cam coverage) also count toward commission

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (sports, media, or education sales preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to close deals independently
• Passion for sports and helping student-athletes succeed
