Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distance learning or related fields and proven skills in sales and client acquisition. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the continued growth of our online Quran learning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrollments in our online Quran learning programs.
• Identify and target potential overseas clients through various channels.
• Manage and train the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in distance learning, online education, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage

Interview Details:

Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 3PM To 6PM
