House of Grapes is a premium wine and spirits brand specializing in Chinese liquor, with a unique blend of cultural heritage and global standards. We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategy with brand goals

- Conduct market research and provide insights to optimize sales performance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policies

Requirements:

- Experience in sales management within the liquor industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus

- UAE driving license preferred
