As a Sales Manager at One Of A Kind Photography, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying prospective clients, presenting our services, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. You are expected to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's photography and videography services to potential clients.
Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and offer suitable packages.
Follow up with leads and close sales to meet assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Participate in promotional activities and events to attract new clients.
Provide post-sale support and build long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection tracking.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with persuasive ability.
Basic knowledge of photography services is an added advantage.
Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
