About the Role:
Sweepy Maids Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Night Shift Sales Manager to lead our overnight sales operations. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication and leadership skills, a solid track record in sales, and the ability to inspire and manage a team during non-traditional working hours remotely

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the night sales team to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with a focus on closing deals.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
• Train and coach both new hires and current team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in sales.
• British or American accent is a strict requirement.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, team management, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts (12 AM – 8 AM, Monday to Saturday).
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is an asset.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
