TEAM LEAD Market Place Amazon

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead- Amazon Marketplace to lead and optimize our online retail operations, specifically focused on managing our brand on Amazon. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce marketplace management and has led a team, with a specific focus on the clothing or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth on Amazon, enhancing product visibility, sales, and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Product Listings & Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO-friendly content, accurate descriptions, and strong visual appeal.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels, avoid stockouts, and minimize overstock situations.
• Amazon PPC MANAGEMENT: Identifying high-converting keywords. Adjusting bids based on keyword performance. Monitoring CTR (Click-Through Rate),
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, sales trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure high satisfaction levels, taking prompt action on any issues.
• Campaign Management: Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility, manage budgets, and maximize ROI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
