Responsible to Generate leads & response to the walk-in clients.
Identifying the prospective client.
Responsible to Provide proposal to the Clients & responsible for the
conversion
Responsible to Update the details in CRM
Assisting Client in case of any enhancement during their period of
agreement and forwarding the request to concern team
Floor occupancy reports
Exiting clients feedback to be recorded
Maintain MIS on Calls, sales conversions, Mile stone (Target based: CR &
MR)

Promoting google reviews through clients / client references

Understanding the market demand and discussing with the management
on the future growth
