Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE (managing sales for Abu Dhabi properties)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join a leading property developer. Based in Dubai, the role will focus on driving sales of Abu Dhabi residential and luxury projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct sales of Abu Dhabi projects from Dubai.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property brokers.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a real estate developer in the UAE (brokerage-only experience not considered).
• Strong sales background in luxury residential properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
