Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong B2B background and a passion for business growth? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, revenue generation, and manage a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and onboard new clients across various industries
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Understand client needs and present customized solutions confidently
  • Manage and mentor a sales team of 8–10 members to achieve team targets
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the UAE within the supply chain and logistics industry (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and consistently meet/exceed targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel for client meetings
