Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with real estate experience and strong team handling skills. Lead a team of sales consultants, drive property sales, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets in the Dubai/UAE real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team.
• Generate and follow up on property leads.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate sales and team management experience.
• Proven track record in closing deals, lead generation, and property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE real estate market, property portals, and RERA laws.
