Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals across Pan-India and international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase revenue, and achieve growth targets in the B2B building materials sector.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries and RFQs, providing timely, accurate quotations and solution-based selling that aligns with project requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM and internal tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups for high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach, from lead generation to after-sales support.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, providing insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Represent Alubond at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.
- Support strategic business initiatives, including channel partner development, regional expansion, and customer experience enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or architectural products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a performance-driven attitude.
