Ghassan Aboud Holding company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our pharmaceutical distribution business in the UAE.

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead and grow sales operations across the UAE. The role is accountable for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client accounts, leading the sales team, and consistently achieving (or exceeding) revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage sales activities across the UAE.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage and expand client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of medical representatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to optimise results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 years’ managerial experience in the UAE pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Proven experience leading the sales function for a multi-brand/multi-line pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth.
• Strong capabilities in sales management, key account management, and business development.
• Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
