About This Role
This is a pivotal leadership role for a proven "player-coach" who thrives on building teams and closing deals. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of our sales agents. You will architect our sales strategy, implement scalable processes, and foster a culture of accountability and success. The ideal candidate is a current top-performing agent with a natural flair for leadership and an undeniable track record of building sales machines from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in both secondary and off-plan markets.

Utilize deep market intelligence and DLD data to identify trends, target emerging communities, and position the team for success.

Create and own the company's Sales Playbook, standardizing best practices for lead management, client qualification, property viewings, negotiation, and closing.

Oversee the lead generation strategy, optimizing ROI from various channels (portals, social media, agent networks) and working closely with marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
2. Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of high-performing sales agents, building the division from the ground up.

Implement a robust performance management system based on clear KPIs (e.g., calls, listings, viewings, offers) and conduct regular one-on-one reviews to drive accountability.

Lead daily sales huddles and weekly "Deal Clinics" to provide real-time coaching, solve complex deal challenges, and elevate the team's collective skill set.

Act as the primary motivator and mentor for the sales team, fostering a resilient, energetic, and collaborative culture that celebrates success and learns from setbacks.

Develop and implement continuous training programs, with a focus on advanced negotiation tactics, off-plan sales techniques, and market knowledge.
3. Sales Operations & Compliance:

Champion the full adoption and utilization of the company CRM, ensuring all client interactions and deal stages are meticulously tracked.

Leverage CRM data to generate accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.

Serve as the ultimate authority on RERA and DLD compliance, ensuring all transactions and agent activities adhere strictly to legal and ethical standards.

Streamline the sales process by collaborating effectively with administration, marketing, and conveyancing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to key handover.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of active experience as a Real Estate Agent
in Dubai, with a verifiable and outstanding sales track record.

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
(e.g., Team Leader, Sales Manager) within a Dubai real estate agency.

Proven, demonstrable
experience building a successful sales team
(or division) from scratch is essential.

Expert-level
knowledge of the Dubai secondary market
, with a deep understanding of processes and key communities.

Strong
experience in the off-plan market
, including established relationships with major developers and a history of training agents in off-plan sales.

A "lead from the front" mentality; you are not afraid to pick up the phone or close a deal to show the team how it's done.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to analyze sales metrics to drive decision-making.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, DLD procedures, and contract law.

Active UAE Driving License and own car.
