HD Digital Media is a fast-growing marketing and media agency specializing in web development, social media, and performance-driven campaigns. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track performance, prepare reports, and present insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
• Background in digital marketing/advertising/media (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
