Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development, along with a robust network of brokers to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-performing teams.
  • Established and active broker network with strong industry relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Real Estate.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
