JD for the position BDM / Sales Manager – PCP, Surface Tech – 1 position (Mumbai)

Develop & grow the Business Division of PCP (Paints / Inks / Construction & Adhesives) Raw Material like Pigments, Resins and Additives, by working closely with the respective segment managers from HO & Management Team. Sales And Business Development of industrial chemical products in North India. To develop a Specialty Chemical business for Our Client.

Reports to Country Manager

Experience Required : -

• Min – 9 yrs & above Exp in selling raw materials to Paints / Inks / Construction & Adhesives Manufacturers. Well versed with various raw materials used in Paints / Inks / Construction & Adhesives industry with sound technical knowledge of these products.

Preferred Candidate :

• Bachelor's degree (Science) or equivalent experience /Chemistry Graduate / Diploma in Paint Technology with exposure of Production Or R&D departments of above industries
• Should have pure sales experience in industries such as Paints, Inks, Coatings, Polymers, Metal Finishing, Foundry, PU, Sealants, additional preferred experience - HVAC (oil & gas).
• Knowledge on Govt Taxes is like GST etc.
• Experience of working with Distribution Industry.
• SAP knowledge

Responsibilities:

• To sustain & maintain the existing business in specialty chemicals segments & also to add up the Product Portfolio & Supplier Portfolio with his own expertise & with support from HO & Local Management.
• Strong Follow up with customers to complete sales business cycle.
• Precise reporting by timely submission of MIS reports.
• Work closely with customers & management to develop market.
• Identify new products to be sourced by working very closely with customers & HO.
• Identify new segments and areas for expansion of business with micro markets & new products. Identify new customers for core products from the industries mentioned above & develop a sustainable profitable business.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
