Sales manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our charge in the rapidly growing immersive technology market. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving the sales of our AR/VR software licenses and hardware technologies, and building lasting relationships with key clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can articulate the transformative value of our solutions and translate complex technology into tangible business outcomes for our customers .

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility Area Key Activities

Prospecting & Strategy Identify and qualify potential clients across key verticals (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education). Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory .

Sales Process Management Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing of contracts for both software and hardware solutions .

Solution Selling & Demos Conduct compelling, immersive product demonstrations using AR/VR technology itself to showcase application value and ROI .

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on AR/VR integration.

Market Intelligence Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and marketing teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs .

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, with experience selling technology solutions, software licenses, or complex hardware.

· Demonstrable experience in prospecting, building a pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

· Understanding of the AR/VR landscape, including key market trends, applications, and potential client challenges .

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Strong business acumen and ability to develop and present a compelling business case.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Direct experience selling AR/VR, MR (Mixed Reality), or other immersive technology solutions .

· Existing network of contacts in industries ripe for AR/VR adoption, such as healthcare [citation:1], manufacturing [citation:3], automotive [citation:9], retail, or enterprise training [citation:6].

· Experience with immersive sales techniques, such as using VR for virtual product demos or AR for placing products in a client's environment .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
