Sales Manager – Hotel Equipment Supplies

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in providing high-quality hotel equipment supplies to clients in qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, furnisher and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the hotel equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for hotel equipment supplies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the hospitality, equipment supply industry, and/or office and home furnisher.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and equipment needs (e.g., kitchen appliances, furniture, linens, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
