3. Formulate general policies for the marketing and sales department, and participate in developing marketing, sales, and customer service procedures in cooperation with the Quality, Health, and Safety Department. • Percentage of participation in setting policies and procedures.

4. Develop the company's annual marketing plans to ensure increased market share. • Percentage of sales increase.
5. Supervise and monitor the implementation of marketing plans to ensure achievement of their objectives. • Percentage of marketing plan achievement.
6. Develop promotional, advertising, and sales promotion programs in coordination with other departments regarding their timing. • Percentage of promotional coverage for all services provided.
7. Develop the annual sales plan and supervise its implementation to ensure achievement of objectives. • Percentage of sales target achievement.
8. Ensure effective oversight of marketing and sales activities and take corrective actions to ensure the achievement of objectives. • Monthly performance measurement forms and reports for management staff.

9. Determine the roles and areas of work of sales representatives, monitor and evaluate sales activities on a monthly basis, and submit reports to the Executive Director. • Monthly reports on implemented sales programs.
10. Select the competitions in which the company participates and supervise their review. • The percentage of participation in competitions offered in the market.
11. Oversee contract renewals with the company's current clients. • The percentage of renewed contracts compared to those cancelled.
12. Chair and manage periodic meetings of the Marketing and Sales Department, deliver presentations, and assist in making appropriate decisions based on the facts presented. • Number of meetings and record minutes of these meetings.
13. Propose improvement, remedial, and preventive measures that will enhance work performance and risk management. • Number of constructive proposals to improve performance.
14. Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database of target market segments, including competitors' services, prices, marketing plans, and geographic areas. • Database completion rate.
15. Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database of competitors, analyzing the collected data, and presenting it to the CEO. • Professional and scientific information analysis reports.

16. Contacting advertising agencies and concluding agreements with them to implement advertising campaigns. • Number of advertising campaigns implemented.
17. Supervising and following up on price quotations and participating in negotiations with clients until contracts are signed. • Daily reports from the sales representative.
18. Guiding the search for new clients, communicating with them, and maintaining relationships with them. • Number of clients who have become potential clients.
19. Reviewing the results of market feedback assessments of promotional programs, with the aim of developing and improving them and increasing competitive advantage. • Number of opinion polls.
20. Monitoring and evaluating the sales team's performance and improving weaknesses. • Number of documented evaluations during the year.
21 Follow up on after-sales service, follow up on customer communication, and respond to their complaints. • Number of communications, documenting them, and handling complaints.
22 Amend the marketing mix for certain services that suffer from weak sales or repeated complaints, in addition to recommending their removal due to financial losses, while working to provide services that satisfy customer needs, desires, and tastes. • Number of recommendations submitted.
23 Contribute to identifying the company's strengths and weaknesses, leading to the identification of available marketing opportunities, challenges, and problems that must be invested in or resolved. • Marketing plan.
24 Select and follow up on the appointment of the management team, direct and train individuals working in the Marketing and Sales Department on the tasks they must perform correctly and properly, and provide their work needs and training. • Coordinate and implement training courses.
25 Prepare periodic reports on the work of the Marketing and Sales Department, including all achievements, obstacles, and proposed solutions to improve work and performance, and submit them to the Executive Director. • Submitting periodic reports on time.
