Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for construction contracts, including residential and commercial turnkey projects.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, broker networks, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Identify, engage, and sign new work contracts with individual clients and business entities.
- Drive sales of completed and ongoing TATVA Projects developments to end users and investors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and contract targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations leading to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, architects, and developers for business development.
- Prepare and present customized project proposals, pricing, and contracts.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements and project feasibility.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Represent TATVA Projects at exhibitions, real estate fairs, and client events.
- Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle — from inquiry to handover.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams for timely client updates and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for management.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- 4–10 years of experience in real estate sales or construction contracting.
- Proven ability to close residential and commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and channel partner network.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and MS Excel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
