Role Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, and achieving revenue targets for off-plans sales. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager plays a key role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA regulations in all sales activities.
  • Participate in property launches, events, and site visits to represent the company and generate business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide input for sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Support the development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials to improve client engagement.
