  • Hold full accountability for the results of the sales team.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, carry out continuous evaluation of their performance, and take actions necessary to achieve high individual performance and accountability across the sales team.
  • Drive team members to consistently achieve their monthly sales targets through guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate team members’ daily performance, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide hands-on support in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic closings.
  • Assist team members in closing key deals and handling high-value clients.
  • Conduct team meetings effectively to review performance and set action plans.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
