We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new market opportunities.br>;
Key Responsibilities:br>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targetsbr>Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performancebr>Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segmentsbr>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersbr>Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsbr>Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competitionbr>Handle high-value negotiations and close major dealsbr>Ensure excellent customer service before and after salesbr>Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategiesbr>Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as requiredbr>
Requirements:br>Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fieldbr>Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial rolebr>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsbr>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)br>Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed sales reportsbr>Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)/span>
