Job Summary:


The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve set targets. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales goals and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure all property listings and marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.
  • Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in real estate (UAE market experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Dubai s real estate laws, trends, and freehold/leasehold areas.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of property buyers, sellers, and developers.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
