responsible for leading a sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets by developing sales strategies, setting goals, hiring and training staff, and monitoring performance. Key duties include managing the sales pipeline, analyzing sales data, motivating the team, and collaborating with other departments like marketing to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement incentive plans to increase sales and achieve annual growth targets.
  • Maintain and enhance market share through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Plan the supply chain for the factory and suppliers in coordination with the purchasing department to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure a balance between material availability and operational cost efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to reduce surpluses and avoid stockouts to ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure plan alignment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A relevant academic qualification in business administration or marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Advanced understanding of supply and demand planning and the supply chain.
  • Strong strategic and analytical planning skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and data analysis applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with teams and customers.
  • Highly skilled in preparing periodic reports and performance indicators.
