Minimum 7 years of experience (preferably in the automotive industry),

Strong background in corporate sales and relationship management

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills

Capable of managing projects, with strong analytical and planning skills

Skilled in preparing target-oriented presentations and presenting them effectively
Job Description

Managing the necessary business process activities involving existing and new business partners to ensure the achievement of sales targets,

Leading projects initiated with new or existing business partners,
-
Preparing the annual production premium budget for business partners and developing action plans for the budget,

Keeping the team updated on automotive industry developments (real-time/weekly),
-
Coordinating with internal stakeholders regarding contracts to be signed with business partners, negotiating with partners, and managing the overall process,
-
Following the Marketing, Actuarial, IT, Legal, and Compliance processes for new products or product revisions according to the needs and requests of business partners, creating a project plan for the launch, and following the project timeline,
-
Determining the training and campaign needs of business partners, preparing the relevant plans, and implementing them,

Ensuring coordination with relevant departments such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc. in the processes of new business partnerships.
