About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of Property Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in virtual sales, team management, and client relationship building. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, training your team, and ensuring exceptional client engagement through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Zoom sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and property tours using Zoom.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to generate qualified leads and close deals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team’s performance and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead.
  • Proven success managing remote or Zoom-based sales teams.
  • Strong background in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
