Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, and achieving revenue targets for off-plan and ready property projects. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager plays a key role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA regulations in all sales activities.
  • Participate in property launches, events, and site visits to represent the company and generate business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide input for sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Support the development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials to improve client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property portfolios.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual preferred
