Sales Manager – Hygiene Products Industry

Location : Sharjah Airport Freezone

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in the Hygiene Products industry. The ideal candidate must come from a similar industry background and possess a deep understanding of air care systems, tissue products, janitorial and hygiene consumables.

This is a senior role that requires strategic leadership, business development acumen, and proven success in managing large-scale projects and teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across product categories (air care, tissue, cleaning chemicals, dispensers, etc.).
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results and ensure strong market presence.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in institutional, commercial, and distribution sectors, expanding the company’s footprint in the hygiene segment.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients, distributors, and facility management companies.
  • Project Handling: Manage large-scale hygiene projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present regular performance reports to management.
  • Product & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to align business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the Hygiene or FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene systems, consumables, and B2B project sales.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business sense with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • UAE Driving licence is mandatory to apply this job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
