Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
