Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the service industry. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, mentoring the sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building, Leadership & Management: Create, Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
  • Sales Target: Take ownership of the company's sales revenue goals and be accountable for the team's overall performance.
  • Key Account Management: Identify, pursue, and manage high-value corporate accounts and key client relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in UAE business setup regulations to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations departments to ensure a seamless client journey from lead generation to service delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead role.
  • Experience in the service industry is mandatory; prior experience in business setup, consulting, or real estate in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement.
