Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in insulation and refractories across key industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in insulation, refractories, construction materials, or allied industries.
- Strong network of industry contacts in steel, cement, power, or petrochemical sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
