Sales Manager

Belles Lighting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the Atlanta metro area. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B and retail sales, ideally within the lighting, home furnishings, or home décor industries. The ideal candidate will have proven success managing sales teams, developing new business, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a leadership position for someone who can deliver immediate results, inspire others, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Belles Lighting’s presence across the Atlanta metro market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, developers, designers, and builders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
  • Oversee daily sales operations for both the Johns Creek showroom and external accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and product delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to the sales team to strengthen performance and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Represent Belles Lighting at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven track record of success in B2B and/or retail sales, ideally within the lighting, home furnishings, or home décor industries.
  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of sales management or leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and data-driven sales reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of the Atlanta metro market and established professional relationships within the region preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Must be based in Johns Creek, GA, with the ability to work onsite full-time and travel within the Atlanta metro area as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,604.52 - $58,534.48 per year
