We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, drive sales strategies, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, improve sales processes, and help grow the business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and markets for expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring that all opportunities are followed up and closed
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully
  • Train, coach, and provide ongoing development for sales team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the team meets sales KPIs and targets consistently

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or similar sales leadership role
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the industry and market conditions relevant to the company’s products or services
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
