As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division in Dubai.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Manager (Real Estate). The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and team performance plans

➤ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets

➤ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners

➤ Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and competitive developments

➤ Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations

Requirements

➤ Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (preferably in sales leadership roles)

➤ Proven track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding targets

➤ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

➤ Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
