Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience and a strong understanding of the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT products or services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT solutions, software, and digital services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
