Position Objective:

Increase the number of active transportation clients and grow monthly profit.


Responsibilities:

  • Search and attract transportation companies for cooperation (via cold calls and online channels).
  • Conduct end-to-end client management: from the first contact to contract signing and post-sales support.
  • Maintain and update all client data in the CRM system.
  • Monitor sales documentation and control accounts receivable.
  • Provide consultations on services, gather and analyze client feedback.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B cold sales experience (preferably in services, digital, IT, or telecom).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in short sales cycles (1–2 weeks, up to 1.5 months).


Key Qualities:

  • System thinking — ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Learnability — willingness to quickly understand the logistics/transportation industry.
  • Understanding of IT, digital, or B2B service sales is a plus.


We’ll consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with complex products that require clear value explanation to clients.
  • Documented personal or team sales achievements.
  • Age under 30.


Red Flags:

  • Frequent job changes (less than 2 years in recent roles).
  • Lack of cold sales experience.
  • Weak analytical or system thinking skills.


Compensation:

  • The monthly salary is 80,000 TRY, plus a 20,000 TRY performance bonus. The bonus is paid monthly, and additional sales-based commissions will be introduced later on.
