- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and government bodies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and client service.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, bids, and tenders for construction projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on performance metrics to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets and maintain client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
