The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across all properties within the hospitality chain. The role requires a proactive, goal-oriented professional who understands the dynamics of the hotel industry and can deliver measurable sales results.

Job description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room and banquet sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate, travel agents, OTAs, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations and reservation teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.

Generate and manage leads for room rentals, property sales, and homestay - rooms bookings.

  • Conduct TA(travel agents) Visit , B2B rates, and client meetings.
  • Explain property & rates features, pricing, and terms to potential clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in sheet or tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (Travel/hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
