Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in [industry, e.g., events, exhibitions, or FMCG]).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Salary: Based on experience + attractive incentives
